Peter Buhl's investments encompass telecommunications & enterprise
software, payments and consumer electronics. He is
currently a Director of Avesair, Bitfone, FreedomPay,
Informative, Atrua, Netli and WaveMarket.
Peter has 15 years of experience working with and
in technology companies. Prior to the establishment
of Nokia Venture Partners in 1998, Peter had over 12
years of senior financial and operational experience,
including CFO at Ipsilon Networks, and CFO at Software
Alliance Corporation. He began his career with Price
Waterhouse in San Francisco. Peter holds a BS in
Business Administration from the University of California
at Berkeley.

JEFF LOW
Founding Principal, Ericsson Venture Partners
Prior to joining Ericsson Venture Partners, Jeff was
vice president of strategy and business development
for Ericsson's Data Networking Division. Jeff joined
Ericsson in 1998, and was responsible for technology
assessment, investments, acquisitions and strategic
partnerships for Ericsson's Mobile Internet and data
initiatives. Jeff has worked with partners and customers
worldwide for both Ericsson's wireline and wireless
businesses.
Jeff has held many executive positions in sales, marketing,
and engineering in both large companies and smaller
start-ups, including Digital Equipment Corporation,
Compaq Computer, Proteon, and Acacia Networks. During
his 16 years at Digital, Jeff was responsible for commercializing
many of Digital's Ethernet products in the 1980s.
Jeff received a business management degree from Harvard
University in 1981 and holds masters and bachelor degrees
in comparative literature from the Universities of
California (1976) and Massachusetts (1974), respectively.
He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and belongs to several
telecommunications industry associations.

JOHN L. NESHEIM
Founder, Nesheim Group
John is the author of the best seller, High Tech Start
Up and recently The Power of Unfair Advantage. John
teaches entrepreneurship for Cornell University and
other schools in Asia and Europe. He travels around
the world doing workshops and coaching entrepreneurs,
investors, governments and educators. He is an engineer
and veteran of Silicon Valley. He founded The Nesheim
Group to gather the best practices of professionals
from around the world who are dedicated to improving
the process of converting an idea to a world-class
new enterprise. John earned his BS in Engineering with
honor awards at the University of Minnesota and his
MBA at Cornell University under scholarship. John lives
in Carmel, California with Gisela his wife.

ZHONGRUI XIA
President, Hua Hong International USA LLC, Vice President, Hua Hong Group
Mr. Zhongrui Xia has more than 30 years experience in the IT area,
initially being responsible for building of the Shanghai governmental
computer system and promoting information technologies in 1984.
He was responsible for planning of Shanghai Information Port,
designing policies and implementing the construction of information application projects,
as a Director of the Information Office of Shanghai Municipal Government in 1995.
Mr. Xia was also responsible for supporting and coordinating the Hua Hong NEC project,
which was China's first 8 inch semiconductor processing line,
as Director of the Shanghai 909 Project Office.
After being appointed President of Shanghai Hua Hong Micro-Electronics Corporation in 1998,
Mr. Xia started Hua Hong Design Corporation,
acquired Beiling Semiconductor Company and Jitong Intelligent-Card Company.
After organizing Hua Hong Group, Mr. Xia served as its first President.

ANTHONY GIOELI
President & CEO, Atrua Technologies, Inc.
Anthony has over 15 years of experience managing fast
growth high technology companies. Before joining Atrua
as CEO, he was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
at Nomadix, a leading company providing public-access
networking solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Gioeli was
President of AirPrime, Inc. where he was responsible
for driving revenue growth by assembling and growing
a cross-functional team to meet the specific requirements
of OEM customers worldwide. He drove the establishment
of customer partnerships with SprintPCS, Verizon Wireless,
KT Freetel (Korea) and Handspring. Before joining AirPrime,
Mr Gioeli served as Vice President of Xircom's worldwide
OEM business. There, he established and grew Xircom's
OEM sales to more than a $200 million run rate worldwide
by creating partnerships with leading notebook PC vendors,
including Compaq, Dell, HP, IBM and Toshiba.
Anthony began his career at AT&T and later held
senior management positions at Compaq. He holds a BSEE
from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in
finance from the University of Southern California.
